X, formerly known as Twitter, is experiencing a sudden outage on Friday, November 21, 2025, with user reports surging on DownDetector. The platform saw more than 15,000 outage reports within minutes, disrupting access for users worldwide.

Users report outage

A user wrote on DownDetector, “Wtf, X having issues AGAIN??” while another user complained, “Seems like no one at Twitter knows how to keep their site up anymore.”

While many faced issues with X, among those who could access the social media platform, one user wrote, “The stock market holding on. X is down again. Well if this isn’t a sign.”

Many users also complained that the posts and comments are not loading on the platform.
