A terminal at Los Angeles International Airport was temporarily evacuated after luggage scanners detected a toy resembling a grenade, officials said.
Terminal One was evacuated on Wednesday at 19 50 IST for around 40 minutes before security personnel determined the item at the centre of the alert was a toy, Los Angeles World Airports official Albert Rodriguez said.
