His antics on the silver screen as Shahenshah, Don or even Coolie No 786 has made him the craze of a nation for whom films are synonymous with Amitabh Bachchan, but the actor, who just turned 73, says that if a biopic were to be made on him, it would tank at the box office.

Big B cautions filmmakers, “I don’t think a film should be made on me. I am not in that trend (biopic). I don’t think I am capable of that. It will be a flop,” he said.

Instead, the veteran actor suggested that a film on his father, writer and poet, Harivanshrai Bachchan would be more appropriate. “If someone wants to make a documentary on him, I’m okay. But I don’t think I’d make one on him,” he told reporters at his residence on his birthday (October 11).
