Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput have bought a new sea-facing duplex apartment in Mumbai’s Worli.
Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput are all set to make new beginnings. The couple is expecting its second child and have also bought a new house, perhaps in preparation of the new arrival. Shahid and Mira are parents to Misha Kapoor who is one. Shahid has purchased a duplex in Worli where Abhishek Bachchan and Akshay Kumar already own houses.
Shahid has purchased the duplex for ₹56 crore and paid ₹2.91 crore as stamp duty to the government for its registration, according to a DNA report. The flat is on the high-rise’s 42nd and 43rd floors; the building’s name is Three Sixty West. The report says area of the floors is 427.98 square metre and 300.48 square metre including a balcony of 40.88 square metre.

The apartment was registered in the name of Shahid Pankaj Kapoor and Mira Shahid Kapoor on July 12, 2018. Shahid gets six parking spots in the building as well.

While the couple is yet to confirm the news, it is reported that the complex will also house a luxury hotel and apartments. All the residences have a sea view and enjoys privacy.
Shahid and Mira stay at a sea-side home in Juhu and often share photos of their home. It is not clear when they are planning to move into their new house.
