Brothers Anil Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor gatecrashed Anil’s wife Sunita Kapoor’s birthday lunch, which was supposed to be a women-only event. Pictures from the party show cousins Sonam Kapoor, Rhea Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor and Anshula Kapoor and others posing together. The party also saw others such as Sanjay’s wife, Maheep Kapoor, and Rima Jain in attendance.

Janhvi Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor and Khushi’s all-girls party for Sunita was gatecrashed by Anil Kapoor.

Sanjay took to Instagram to share a picture from the party, which he captioned, “When the brothers gate crash a ladies lunch.” The post tags the Soho House restaurant in Mumbai, and shows the family sitting on a staircase. At the bottom is Anil, wearing shades and sitting next to his daughter, Sonam.

 

 

Another picture, shared on an Instagram fan club, shows the entire family posing together. Sonam, Rhea, Janhvi and Anshula bring up the rear while Khushi and Shanaya are seen kneeling in the front. Anshula, Khushi and Janhvi are the daughters of Boney Kapoor; Shanaya is the daughter of Sanjay and Maheep Kapoor.

Anil had shared a heartfelt post on his wife’s birthday on Monday. He had written alongside an old picture of them together, “This is what being young & in love looks like! Everyday of my life is made better because of her...Happy Birthday @kapoor.sunita! You are the reason for everything! Isn’t she just flawless? I am so lucky! Love you!”

Sonam wished her mother a happy birthday with her own post. She wrote, “There are no words for how much you mean to me. You have always been the ultimate role model, supporting me and helping me stand taller against whatever I may face in my life. It’s your strength and grace that keeps this family so happy and we all love you for it. Happy Birthday Mom! #mom #mother #momsarethebest #sunitakapoor.”

Replying to the family picture, Sunita wrote in the comments, “Love you so much beta. You make me so proud and happy.” Sonam’s sister Rhea had written, “Happy birthday to my conscience, oracle and constant challenger. I know you keep me grounded, sane and make me a better person. I don’t know how they do it but moms make you fly and put you in your place at the same time. I love you mommy happy birthday!”
