A story from the Mahabharata has found an audience in Lithuania. Director Arturas Pozdniakovas will reportedly direct The Legend Of King Nal, a 3D animated adaptation of a story from the epic.
According to a famous American publication, the $14 million (over Rs 87 crore) movie will revolve around the tale of the ruler who must overcome many obstacles before reclaiming his land and winning the hand of his beloved.
Apparently, a leading Bollywood actor will play the evil God of that time. The film is set to go on the floors in the spring of 2014. It is expected to be ready for release late next year or by early 2015.
