Sanam Re beats Fitoor at box office. Yes, you read it right
Director Abhishek Kapoor’s Fitoor is based on Charles Dickens’ novel Great Expectations, and is set in the beautiful land of Kashmir.
Pulkit Samrat and Yami Gautam’s love story Sanam Re has managed to surpass Katrina Kaif and Aditya Roy Kapur’s Fitoor by earning Rs 5.04 crore on the first day of its release. On the other hand, Fitoor just earned Rs 3.61 crore on its opening day. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted the business figures of both the films.

The coming days will throw more light at the box office clash of both movies, but currently the battle seems tilted in favour of Fitoor.
