Actor Sara Ali Khan, who was in New York for a well-earned vacation, is back in Mumbai. Looks like Sunday was a busy day for the Simmba actor. On Easter Sunday, Sara shared picture of her brother Ibrahim Ali Khan and half brother Taimur Ali Khan and dubbed them her ‘Easter Bunnies’. Later in the day, accompanied by her mother actor Amrita Singh, Ibrahim and writer Kanika Dhillon, she stepped out for a movie outing.
Sharing a picture of Ibrahim and Taimur, Sara wrote on Instagram: “My Easter Bunnies #munchkins #brothersinarms #doubletrouble.” In the picture, Taimur looks at the camera like a pro; a slight smile lights up his face while spectacled and smiling Ibrahim, looking quite like his dad from his younger days, has his protective arms around his kid brother.
At the movie outing later in the evening, Sara is a picture of grace. In pictures and videos that are now online, Sara can be seen laughing and smiling as she enters the cinema complex. At one point, she greets someone with a namaste. Sara can be seen in a light green salwar kameez, as she is often seen at public events. In other pictures, Amrita Singh acknowledges waiting cameramen with a glance.

Sara, who made an impressive debut with Kedarnath last year and displayed her ability as a commercial film star with Simmba, has been shooting for Imtiaz Ali’s next film with Kartik Aaryan. The trio was in Delhi in March for the shoot of the film. The end of the schedule was marked by cake cutting, dancing and merry making. Kartik had even shared a video in early April in which Imtiaz can be seen shaking a leg.

Sara has also signed the remake of Coolie No 1 with Varun Dhawan. The remake has been written by Farhad Samji, who told Mumbai Mirror that the film will not be a sequel per se of the Govinda, Karisma Kapoor starrer from 1995 but ‘an adaptation in a new format’, which will have ‘plenty of humour and colour, larger-than-life songs’.
