Actors Katrina Kaif and Akshay Kumar will be working together in Rohit Shetty’s Sooryavanshi the first time after their 2010 film Tees Maar Khan. Rohit’s Sooryavanshi is expected to hit the screens next year around May along with Salman Khan and Alia Bhatt starrer Inshallah, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Katrina, who has worked with both Akshay and Salman, has spoken about the possible clash.
Talking about the clash while speaking to Bollywood Hungama, Katrina said that Salman loves Akshay and Rohit and he has been supportive of her since the beginning of her career. So, she feels, Salman will not let his film clash with theirs.
Sooryavanshi is a part of the cop universe including Singham and Simmba that Rohit is trying to create. In early March, Akshay had shared a picture and wrote: “A bullet for a bullet! Get ready for #RohitShetty’s #Sooryavanshi on Eid 2020. Action-packed, masala intact!”
