The CBI told the Supreme Court that the role of Anil Ambani and other ADAG staff in the sale of Swan Telecom to Delphi was being investigated."Neither Reliance ADA group nor any of its promoters/executives have committed any offence, and there is no question of any of the charge-sheeted executives become approvers," said senior counsel Hariharan, on behalf of chargesheeted ADAG executives.
