31 injured as bus overturns in J&K

Thirty-one people were injured, 11 of them seriously, when a passenger bus overturned in Jammu and Kashmir's Budgam district today, police said.

Thirty-one people were injured, 11 of them seriously, when a passenger bus overturned in Jammu and Kashmir's Budgam district on Saturday, police said.

The accident happened in village Chermajroo, 30km from here, when the bus was negotiating a sharp bend.

The bus was on way to Budgam, police said adding the injured were rushed to a nearby hospital.The seriously injured were referred to Srinagar for treatment.
