Principal secretary, YSS (youth services and sports), VC Pharka who is holding the additional charge of horticulture department will also hold the additional charge of the social justice and empowerment.
Principal secretary (home and vigilance), PC Dhiman who is also holding the additional charge of information technology department will hold the additional charge of the post of principal resident commissioner, government of Himachal Pradesh at New Delhi.
Secretary (education) K Sanjay Murthy will also hold the additional charge of the department of technical education. Onkar Chand Sharma awaiting posting as secretary (Irrigation and Public Health), will also hold the additional charge of transport department.
Registrar, cooperative societies, RD Nazeem who is holding the charge of the post of director, energy, will also hold the additional charge of managing director, Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Limited.
Balbir Tegta on his repatriation from central deputation will join as secretary (animal husbandry). He will also hold the additional charge of the post of secretary, Lokayukta HP. He will continue to hold the additional charge of the
post of director, census operations, Himachal Pradesh.
