Attack on Amritsar advocate : HC issues notice to Anil Joshi, Punjab govt

The Punjab and Haryana high court issues notice to Punjab government and state local bodies minister Anil Joshi in a case of attack on Amritsar lawyer Vineet Mahajan. The court also directed Punjab DGP to file status report about 2 FIRs registered on May 9 and 10 at Civil Lines police station in Amritsar by May 22 and to provide security to advocates Vineet Mahajan and Sandeep Gorsi.
