They included the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) former director Dr KK Talwar, DLF Gurgaon vice-chairman Mohit Gujral and Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, dean Ajit Ragnekar as technical experts and industrialists Rajinder Gupta, Rajni Bector and Kamal Oswal as the industries' representatives.
