The botched up autopsy report of liquor baron, Ponty Chadha, revealing that there were three bullets still lodged inside his body, led the police to insist on second post-mortem on Sunday.

Ponty, who had suffered 15 bullet injuries, was cremated at Lodhi Crematorium with his brother Hardeep.

Hardeep had four bullet injuries, but no bullets were found inside his body.

Ponty and Hardeep were killed when both sides allegedly opened fire at each other on Saturday at a farmhouse in south Delhi's Chhattarpur following a dispute over ownership of the property.

During the cremation, the police stopped the vehicle carrying the body at the gate and informed the family about conducting second autopsy.

The arguments between the family and the police led to the delay in the cremation. After a harrowing argument, the police officials spoke to the Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Prabhandak Committee president, Paramjeet Singh Sarna, who pacified the family.
