The exhibition, titled Elysian-III pays an ode to the beauty of nature. The title, Singh says, comes from Greek mythology and symbolises a blissful and delightful state.

Singh believes that the artworks displayed at the exhibition stand testament to an ‘elysian’ philosophy that is painted on the canvas. The exhibition has a wide range of paintings, ranging from dark woods to flourishing springs.

While more details, Singh says, “The marvels of nature never fail to amuse me with their beauty and inspire my works. It’s because nature is the one thing that we all have in common.”

“Every aspect of nature speaks bliss to me and living close to it fills my heart and soul with ecstasy that ultimately entices me to put those vivacious colours on my canvas,” Singh adds.

Her works include a wide array of inimitable textures and colours of nature. “My works are characterised by the dramatic contrasts of nature, whose compliant texture develops naturally while I am painting on the canvas,” says Singh.

The three-day art exhibition is on till April 2, from 10am to 5pm.
