Bahadurgarh in Jhajjar recorded the worst air in the country on Tuesday.

According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), the AQI in the industrial town was ranked under “very poor” at 347.

Other places from Haryana in the category are -- Rohtak (346), Sonepat (343), Bhallabgarh (319) and Dharuhera in Rewari (315).
The index, which is an average of the past 24 hours, showed that the national capital Delhi’s AQI was in the “poor” category at 294.
Several cities in Haryana recorded ‘poor’ air quality: Charkhi Dadri (279), Bhiwani (260) and Karnal (236).
According to the crop residue burning data, only one case was lodged on Tuesday taking the total number of cases for this season to 79.
