More than 3,300 vacancies will be filled through direct recruitment by 23 private companies at a one-day employment fair scheduled to be held at Vivekanand Private Industrial Training Institute in Bhawapur, Shivgarh in Soraon, on September 26.
The Employment Fair 2026, jointly organised by the regional employment office, Prayagraj, and the institute under the Uttar Pradesh Employment Mission, will begin at 10am on the institute campus. Selected candidates will be offered monthly salaries ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹30,000, informed Rajiv Kumar Yadav, assistant director (employment), Prayagraj.
He said unemployed candidates aged 18 to 40 years who have passed high school, intermediate, graduation, ITI, diploma, polytechnic, BE, BBA, BTech or MBA can participate in the recruitment drive.
Candidates are required to register on the Rojgaar Sangam portal (rojgaarsangam.up.gov.in) and attend the fair with photocopies of their educational certificates, mark sheets and caste certificates.
Detailed information about the employment fair and participating companies is available on the portal, Yadav said, adding that no travel allowance will be paid to candidates attending the fair.
