Opener Kaushal Silva was batting on 92 and with him Mahela Jayawardene on 50 not out as Sri Lanka now lead by 50 runs over Pakistan's first innings total of 165.

Sri Lanka were 132-3 at lunch and they did not lose any wicket for the addition of 83 runs.

The three Test series is tied at 0-0 after the first Test ended in a draw in Abu Dhabi last week.

Junaid Khan is the best Pakistani bowler so far with 2-47.
