Pakistan all rounder Abdul Razzaq said on Saturday he was going back on his decision to retire from international cricket.
"I have taken back my retirement decision on the advice of my club officials. I will resume playing domestic cricket from Nov. 1," he said.
"Playing again for Pakistan is something I would like to do," added Razzaq, who has 46 test caps and 231 appearances in one-day internationals.
Razzaq announced his retirement two months ago after being dropped for the Twenty20 World Cup and joined the unofficial Indian Cricket League.
The 27-year-old said his commitment to the ICL remained in place.
"When I signed the contract I knew what I was doing, so I remain committed to it," he said, adding though that if the Pakistan Cricket Board wanted to talk to him he would be willing to review his ICL contract.
The rebel ICL is due to start next month in India and clashes with Pakistan's tour of India from Nov. 5.
Former captain Inzamam-ul-Haq, Imran Farhat and Azhar Mahmood were the other Pakistani players to sign up to the ICL.
Additionally, the Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Dr. Nasim Ashraf has reacted to the decision by saying that "If Razzaq or Imran Farhat, who has also signed for the ICL, want to play for Pakistan, he was willing to listen to them".
