England made two changes to the side that lost the first of this seven-match series by four runs at the Oval on Friday.

Fast bowling all-rounder Stuart Broad was ruled out with a neck strain suffered while fielding at the Oval and his place was taken by former Ireland batsman Eoin Morgan.

England also altered the balance of their attack, opting for an extra seamer in recalling Tim Bresnan and dropping leg-spinner Adil Rashid with Graeme Swann now the only specialist slow bowler in the side.

World champions Australia were unchanged.
