IPL7 auction: Uncapped players hit the jackpot

The auctions for 2014 Indian Premier League (IPL) ended on Thursday with just two teams, Delhi Daredevils and Royal Challengers Bangalore, spending their entire quota of funds

Analysts and team owners also said teams in general made better use of their money in this year’s auctions than in previous years, because of intensive research on players and also because of the addition of uncapped players in the auctions which ran over two days in Bangalore.
