However, AM Ghazanfar broke through on the last ball of the third over and got Mumbai back in the game. Both teams continued to throw jabs at each other but only Sanju Samson managed to stand tall. He batted through the first 20 overs and ended up with an unbeaten 101 off 54 balls, which helped CSK breach the 200-run mark. As for MI, Jasprit Bumrah bowled two top overs at the death as the likes of AM Ghazanfar and Ashwani Kumar picked up a couple of wickets each but the likes of Hardik Pandya and Krish Bhagat conceded 69 runs in between them in their 4 overs.
