McCullum doubtful for Sri Lanka match

Brendon McCullum may miss New Zealand's final Twenty20 World Cup second round match against Sri Lanka at Trent Bridge on Tuesday after breaking a finger and tearing a ligament in his left hand.

Brendon McCullum may miss New Zealand's final Twenty20 World Cup second round match against Sri Lanka at Trent Bridge on Tuesday after breaking a finger and tearing a ligament in his left hand.

Captain Daniel Vettori said informed the media "Brendon did it on the last ball of the game against Pakistan. He's going to have an injection today and we're going to see how he goes. "It's another injury that we desperately didn't need. But we're still hoping he can play today."
