But, the suspended IPL chairman’s legal counsel Mehmood Abdi said that Modi was going to e-mail a copy of his reply to BCCI secretary N Srinivasan later on Tuesday.

The third show cause notice, issued on May 31, dealt with financial irregularities while awarding the theatrical rights and those for the commercial shown mid-over throughout IPL-III.
