The FIR has been lodged by the state convener of Nagrik Morcha Pandit Suresh Mishra at the Jyoti Nagar police station here under Sections 420 (cheating) and 467 (forgery of valuable security or will) IPC, Police Station incharge Lakhan Singh said.
