Addressing a function in Kochi, the Archbishop said normally when success goes to their head, people become arrogant. But Sachin has stayed 'remarkably humble'.

He said South Africa’s leading player Hashim Amla is of Indian origin and quipped "he plays cricket like your (Sachin) Tendulkar".
