Three bookies were arrested for accepting bets to the tune of Rs one crore on Saturday's one-day international, played between Pakistan and New Zealand in Auckland, police said.
On a tip off, crime branch on Saturday raided a flat in Vijay Nagar area and caught the trio--Puneet Khandelwal, Gaurav Khandelwal and Jagdish Malani--who were allegedly running a betting racket.

About 73 chits, having details of Rs one crore bets, 16 cell phones, two TV sets, a laptop, recorder and calculator used in running the racket were also seized, police said.
