Skipper Manish Pandey scored an unbeaten 142 while India Test discard opener KL Rahul made 81 as Karnataka thrashed Chhattisgarh by 79 runs in a Vijay Hazare one-day match in Bengaluru.

Shreyas Gopal took three for 53 while M Prasidh Krishna took three for 31. This was Karnataka’s third win in four games, their only loss coming against Hyderabad.

Karnataka lead the Elite A & B table with 12 points in four matches whereas Hyderabad are second with eight points in three points. Saurashtra, Chhattisgarh and Odisha make the top five. A few more matches are still to be played.
