Senior counsel RK Anand, who sought recusal of High Court Judge Justice Manmohan Sarin from the BMW sting operation case on Friday, withdrew his petition from the apex court.
A Bench of Justice Arijit Pasayat and Justice Aftab Alam permitted Anand to withdraw the petition after senior counsel Rajeev Dutta sought permission for withdrawing it.

Anand had earlier filed an SLP seeking Justice Sarin's recusal from the matter on the ground that the Judge was biased towards him.
