Union minister Smriti Irani was a proud mom, second time in four days, as her daughter cleared CBSE class 10 exams with 82% marks. On May 2, her son Zohr cleared the CBSE Class 12 board exam scoring above 90%.

“10th board results out. Daughter scored 82% . Proud that inspite of challenges she has done well. Way to go Zoe,” Irani tweeted on the day she herself face a poll test in Amethi with the constituency voting in phase 5 of Lok Sabha elections.

Her son Zohr last week cleared CBSE class 12 with 91% marks. “Ok saying it out loud— proud of my son Zohr..not only did he come back with a bronze medal from the World Kempo Championship also scored well in 12 th boards. Best of 4– 91% .. special yahoo for 94% in economics.. Maaf karna ,today I’m just a gloating Mom🙏 (sic),” the Union minister tweeted.
Zohr was among the 13 lakh students, who appeared for the CBSE Class 12 board exams from February 16, as 84.3% of them cleared it across the country.
