Teacher helps students cheat for Class 10 Haryana Board Class 10 science examination

A supervising teacher was caught on the camera helping students cheat in the ongoing Haryana Board Class 10 examination.

The footage was recorded on Tuesday, during the Science paper of Class 10, at Government Girls Senior Secondary School in Jhajjar. The video shows the teacher, who was supervising the exam, herself reading out the answers to students from an answer key.

Jhajjar district education officer (DEO) Satbir Siwach said taking cognisance of the video they have relieved the teacher from the duty and have started an inquiry. “We will get the inquiry reports soon after which we will see what needs to be done,” Siwach said, though maintained that the paper was not leaked in response to some reports.
