All India Trinamool Congress's Nilima Nag (MALLICK) got a total of 94,530 votes, while Communist Party Of India (Marxist)'s Ajoy Das got 73,181 votes. Bharatiya Janta Party's candidate Suresh Sikdar grabbed 15,793 votes to finish at the third place. The top three parties secured 49.9%, 38.6% and 8.3% respectively.
