Actor Jennifer Aniston has bought a new $9 million, three-bedroom apartment in Manhattan, New York City.

The 42-year-old actor’s 2,873 square foot home includes perks like housekeeping, room and butler service, and a membership to the luxe David Barton gym, the Hollywood Reporter said.

Currently, Aniston and boyfriend Justin Theroux are renting a $17,000-a-month two-bedroom house in Los Angeles. She recently sold her Beverly Hills home which she bought in 2006.
