Sonam Kapoor as a blind woman

While the teaser showed us Sonam's character is blind, the trailer goes deeper into that. It shows how Sonam often uses her impairment as a strength and has solid intuition. She even takes Vinay Pathak's cop character by surprise with her observation skills.

We also see her as a determined investigator. Even when Vinay's character warns her against pursuing a dangerous serial killer, she says that her quest to nab him is ‘personal.’

Purab Kohli as a serial killer

Purab Kohli, with a ripped physique and a funky hairstyle, looks rather menacing as a serial killer in Blind. He's seen abducting and torturing multiple women and engaging in an endless cat-and-mouse chase with Sonam's character.

Sonam Kapoor's return to movies

The streaming platform owned by Jio has already streamed films like I Love You, a thriller starring Pavail Gulati, Rakul Preet Singh and Akshay Oberoi and shows like Asur 2, thriller series starring Arshad Warsi and Barun Sobti. It's also hosted premieres of theatrical films like Vikram Vedha, starring Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan, and Bhediya, Amar Kaushik's creature comedy starring Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon.
