Butler smitten by Kazakhstani billionaire

The Scottish actor, linked to Jennifer Aniston last year, has been in regular contact with Kazakhstani billionaire Goga Ashkenazi, after they met at the Cannes Film Festival last month.

Hollywood actor Gerard Butler is said to be smitten by Kazakhstani billionaire Goga Ashkenazi.

The Scottish actor, linked last year to Jennifer Aniston, has been in regular contact with Ashkenazi, a close friend of Prince Andrew, after they met at the Cannes Film Festival last month.

"Gerard was spotted chatting up Goga at a party in Cannes and they exchanged numbers," nypost.com quoted a source as saying.

Ashkenazi, an Oxford graduate, has previously dated Italian Formula 1 boss Flavio Briatore and recently ended a relationship with Kazakh oil billionaire Timur Kulibayev.
