Hollywood actress Catherine Zeta-Jones eats a bacon sandwich in the morning, which is her diet secret.
The 40-year old star and mother of two children ate her favourite treat back home in Wales while her actor/husband Michael Douglas, 65, was sweating it out in the gym, reported Sun online.
"My husband was doing a cardio workout at eight o’clock this morning when I was having a bacon sandwich. There’s nothing like a bacon butty when you come back to Wales — but he is American," the actress said.
The Oscar-winning actress, mother to Dylan, nine, and Carys, seven, was in Cardiff to visit the Children’s Hospital for Wales, where she is a patron. She’s a driving force behind the Noah’s Ark Appeal, which raises cash for the facility.
“When you see the commitment of parents when their child is sick, it breaks your heart,” Zeta-Jones said.
