Actor Sonal Chauhan, who will be heading to Noida to watch the Indian Grand Prix this weekend, is looking forward to cheer for her favourite player Fernando Alonso, though she thinks the recently single “Lewis Hamilton is cute”.
“I will be supporting Alonso,” says the 26-year-old actor, adding, “Hamilton is cute… And recently single? But Alonso is the one I will be cheering for.”
Chauhan will land in the city on October 30 and attend the after party too. “I’m still to decide what I’ll wear to the races, but it would be something easy and casual. For the party, I’ll wear something dressy. I’ll try to make it for Lady Gaga’s performance as well,” says the actor, who is super excited about the event.
“It’s going to be an experience of a lifetime. I have seen Formula 1 before and it’s quite an adrenaline rush. But this time it is happening in my home town, Noida, so I am really looking forward to it. The tracks are the best there,” she says.
What is she looking forward to more, seeing the players race or meeting them at the party? “That’s a tough one. I am definitely looking forward to the race because I am a fan. When I was young, my brother used to watch the races, and I didn’t have a choice, but eventually I started enjoying them. At the party, I will get to meet and interact with the players, so that would be nice too.”
