It seems the Mean Girls star is a nicer, more forgiving human being, as her rep revealed that despite the baby hitmaker dissing her in his bizarre written rant posted on Instagram on Thursday, she remains a fan of the singer, the Mirror reported.

Bieber apologised to Lohan, but only through website TMZ.com, and he didn't actually say the word sorry.

He told the website that he realised right away that what he said at the end was wrong and distracted from what he was trying to say.
