Veteran cricketer and Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan's father Mansoor Ai Khan Pataudi has been admitted to a hospital in Delhi. He is suffering from lung infection. Son Saif Ali Khan rushed to Delhi on Friday morning. The condition of Pataudi is however improving now.

The actor was present in the capital along with his mother Sharmila Tagore.

A source told Mumbai Mirror, "Pataudi was extremely unwell in the morning. But he is better now. He is already on his road to recovery."

The source continues, "He is being provided with the best treatment. Saif has ensured that his father gets all the amenities. Saif is also constantly in touch with the doctors."

Saif Ali Khan confirmed the news to Mumbai Mirror, "Yes, I am in Delhi. My dad is in the hospital but he is stable now. He has a lung infection." The doctors however are yet to decide on the discharge date.

As per buzz, Kareena is also expected to visit her father-in-law to be. "She is currently tied up in a shoot for Saif's home production Agent Vinod in Filmistan Studio (Goregaon). But the entire time when she wasn't shooting, she was constantly on the phone with Saif enquiring about Pataudi's health," said a source.
