Mick Jagger’s the face of Amazon Rainforest

Rolling Stone legend Mick Jagger has been made an honorary ambassador for the Amazon rainforest. The accolade was bestowed upon him by the Peruvian government.

Rolling Stone legend Mick Jagger, 68, has been made an honorary ambassador for the Amazon rainforest. The accolade was bestowed upon him by the Peruvian government. “You are our ally. Your presence is a great support in our fight to protect our ecology, to the effort to draw world attention to the Madre de Dios area,” a spokesperson for the area told Jagger. He hopes to bring awareness to the protection of a region of Peru that borders Brazil and Bolivia.
