Salman Khan gives out Eidi to fans, to fund treatment of 100 kids with heart ailments

Salman Khan may not have made the most intelligent movies or pulled off some smart moves in real life, but he certainly has a wide fan base. His fans swear he is all heart and his latest gesture is in keeping with the philanthropy he is associated with.

On the festive occasion of Eid, Salman took to Twitter to announce that his Being Human foundation will pay for the treatment of 100 children with heart problems.

star wrote on Tuesday afternoon, "Eid mubarakh to u allll . Thank u . May god b vit u n protect u. If any kids on FB ya twitter who has a heart condition n can't afford to get it treated, B H vil get 100 genuine patients treated (sic)."

Interestingly, Salman also warned against any fraud and tweeted, "lekin bevakoof nahi banane ka. Samjhe kya? So twitter, FB par bata dena, the digital, BH team vil take care of it . Thank u (sic)."

Apparently, this was a tongue-in-cheek note he struck. He corrected himself in another post double quick and gave out the id for correspondence —
