A local court has directed acomplainant to depose before it on an allegation of fraud and cheating which he has brought against Rajasthan Royals' (RR) owners Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra for duping him of Rs 8 lakh in connection with a cricket talent hunt contest.

The court of Metropolitan Magistrate No.9 has directed Anand Singh, promoter of a private cricket academy, to appear before it on May 14 and depose before any action is initiated on his complaint.
Incidentally, Singh is the same person who has previously filed complaints against Bollywood actors Shah Rukh Khan and Irrfan Khan for smoking in public places.
