Shruti Haasan's workout regime includes fight training, cardio and dancing to 90s music for hours

Shruti Haasan recently opened up about her workout regime. The actor said that she has been mixing different forms of exercises and including lots of dancing into her fitness routine.

In a recent Instagram post, Shruti Haasan opened up about her fitness regime.

The actor shared pictures in which she was seen sporting a messy hairdo while her face featured a red blush courtesy of the workout session. Sharing the pictures, Shruti Haasan confessed that she took lockdown easy and is undergoing double workout sessions to get over it. She also revealed she mixes up different types of exercises to make the most out of them and secretly dances to 90s music for hours.

"Back to training hard! Loving that burn and glow knowing I’m strengthening my body and my mind - only the toughest steel for the (fire and punching emoji) getting into a double workout today cause like many people this lockdown I took it a little easier than I should have but what counts is getting back on the routine and not punishing yourself mentally but pushing yourself further and rewarding yourself with a new mindset #letsgo tell me what workouts you love ?? I’m obsessed with fight training and mixing it up with good old-fashioned cardio and most secretly I dance to 90s music for HOURS (sic)," Shruti wrote.

Shruti was last seen in Vakeel Saab, alongside Pawan Kalyan, Nivetha Thomas, Anjali, Ananya Nagalla, and Prakash Raj. She has Laabam, opposite Vijay Sethupathi, and Salaar, opposite Prabhas, in the pipeline.
