Edgy silhouettes emboldened with a fierce beauty look marked Bhushan's show which was called Broken. The very futuristic collection comprised clean silhouettes engineered with wire-mesh like cutouts and brought together with designs with their referral point as chromosome and DNA structures. The mohawk and braids went perfectly with the dangerously dark lipstick and the acrylic, wire, leather and industrial fabrics used to put the collection together. The jackets brought in the autumn/winter element and the spiked footwear immediately caught our attention.

Nachiket Barve
"It's a rough yet feminine collection, timely, timeless and extremely focused," said the Mumbai-based designer as he described his collection, Maia, inspired by the ancient Maori warrior tribe. Barve explained that he tried to re-interpret the tribe by translating the tattoo patterns into designs that made up his collection. A stick-on tattoo to the chin of each model provided the needed tribal touch alongwith creations that included intricate prints, use of felt, leather, laser-cut work. Barve also introduced sheer inputs in his creations, later stating that sheer for winters would be a new trend.
