Chile qualified for the tournament by virtue of a second-place finish in the U-17 South American Championships and England booked their ticket to India by also finishing second in the U-17 European Championships. Callum Hudson-Odoi gave England an early lead after some nice link-up with Jadon Sancho. Sancho then doubled England’s lead early in the second half before adding a third a short while later.
