Mumbai City FC suffered a 3-1 loss to Bengaluru FC in their Indian Super League (ISL) game in the Mumbai Football Arena today. The home side fell behind at the stroke of half-time thanks to a Sunil Chhetri penalty. The Bengaluru and Indian football team skipper then doubled the lead in the second half before Venezuelan striker Miku finished the game off with a well-hit free-kick. Mumbai could only score a consolation goal after a run down the middle of the field in the 72nd minute through second half substitute Leo Costa off a pass from striker Balwant Singh.
