This year, Aishwarya will be joined by her father-in-law and actor Amitabh Bachchan, as his film The Great Gatsby is set to open the fest, which starts from May 15.

Actor Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who has been on a break from films since she gave birth to daughter Aaradhya in November last year, may just be ready for a comeback. The actor who made barely five appearances in the nine months since her delivery, was spotted at three events in just two days over the weekend. The film industry says that this is feeler enough that the 38-year-old is ready for the silver screen.
