Green Lantern Corps will reportedly be directed by Rupert Wyatt, who also helmed Rise of the Planet of the Apes.
Wyatt is currently putting the finishing touches on a new sci-fi thriller titled Captive State, but he has cleared his schedule to take on the upcoming Green Lantern movie.

Green Lantern Corps is set to feature two central characters -- Hal Jordan and John Stewart -- with the movie being described as Lethal Weapon in Space.
Warner Bros hasn’t started casting for the film, but is looking for an actor aged 39-50 to play Hal Jordan and 21-30 to star as John Stewart.
