Continuing its effort to get the real estate firm Amrapali to provide its accounts to forensic experts, the Supreme Court on Thursday ordered that the Amrapali group chairman Anil Sharma and two company directors to report to the police tomorrow morning to start the process to catalogue documents at its nine sealed properties.
They will have to report before Noida’s Sector 57 police station in-charge before 8 am tomorrow. The police will take them to one of the nine properties tomorrow and bring them back to a hotel where they will spend the night. This will go on till all cataloguing is over.
They can use phone only between 8 am and 6 pm.
The top court ordered Noida police chief to take the three directors, Anil Sharma, Shiv Priya and Ajay Kuma, to hotel Park Ascent after 6 pm for tonight, according to news agency. They will remain in the hotel under police watch and their mobile phones will be seized, the judges ordered.
